Process introduction

4, drying and cooling: the fertilizer after granulation is transported to the
Rotary Dryer (Drum Fertilizer Dryer), and the heat from the hot blast stove for heat exchange, remove water. The fertilizer then enters the
Rotary Cooler (Drum Fertilizer Cooler) and is cooled by natural or forced cold air to ensure the quality and stability of the fertilizer.
5. Screening and packaging: the cooled fertilizer enters the screening machine for screening, the fine particles are returned to the material homogenizer for re-granulation, and the large particles are also returned after being crushed. The qualified fertilizer is sent to the
Coating Machine for coating treatment to improve the quality and appearance of the fertilizer. Finally, the fertilizer is weighed, packed and stored by a fully automated packaging scale.
