1. Fermentation process:

The chicken manure, straw, mushroom residue and other materials are mixed together, adding the fermentation agent, under the action of the fermentation agent, the pile will generally heat up in about 2 days, then you can use the tossing equipment to turn the pile, in order to increase the oxygen content of the pile and increase the water. If the local environmental protection is strict, you can use a horizontal fermenter for fermentation, the horizontal fermenter fermentation process is fully sealed, and contains deodorization devices, will not cause environmental pollution.

2. Granulation process:

After the material is fully fermented and decomposed, it enters the granulation process. The finer the material, the better the shape of the particles, so it is necessary to use the vertical grinder to crush, and then use the roller screening machine to screen, the unqualified material will enter the crushing process again, and the qualified material will enter the granulator. Annual output of 20,000 tons of granular fertilizer, circular particles recommended to use Disc Granulator, gear granulator, etc., cylindrical particles recommended to use Flat-Die Pellet Machine, Fertilizer Granules Compaction Machine. After the granulation is completed, the Rotary Screening Machine is used again for screening, and the unqualified granular materials enter the pulverization - granulation process again, and the qualified particles enter the packaging machine.
