1. Excessive tilt of disc
Cause: The most common problem encountered by Disc Granulator in use is the grasp and adjustment of tilt. In production, it should be based on the molding of spherical particles.
Handling method: By adjusting the bolts at the bottom of the disc, change the position and angle of the reducer to achieve the purpose of normal use.
2. Difficult molding
Cause: In addition to the subjective factors of raw material composition, the fineness, moisture content, addition of auxiliary bonding components, angle and speed of disc operation are all influencing factors for the molding of spherical particles.
Handling method: Improvements should be made according to specific reasons, such as adjusting the moisture content of raw materials, optimizing the proportion of auxiliary bonding components, etc.
3. Uneven particles
Cause: It may be caused by improper control of moisture content and size of molded particles.
Handling method: Through screening after drying, narrow the range of our selection and improve the moisture content at the same time.
4. Intermittent operation
Cause: This type of failure of the Disc Granulator is generally caused by bearing damage, disc weight loss, abnormal motor voltage, etc.
Handling method: Check in time and perform maintenance on bearings, discs or voltage problems.
5. Excessive noise
Cause: It may be due to gear wear, bearing damage or insufficient lubrication.
Handling method: Check the wear of gears and bearings, replace worn parts in time, and ensure that the lubrication system of the equipment works normally.
6. Material blockage
Cause: Due to blockage of the feed port, discharge port or screen, normal production is affected.
Handling method: Check and clean the blocked parts to ensure that the material can pass smoothly.
7. Abnormal power system
Cause: The motor, reducer or transmission belt fails, causing the machine to fail to operate normally.
Handling method: Check the working status of the motor, reducer and transmission belt. If there is a fault, repair or replace it in time.
When dealing with these faults, inspection and maintenance should be carried out according to the specific situation to ensure the efficient operation of the Disc Granulator. At the same time, regular equipment maintenance and inspection are also important measures to prevent failures.
