Method: This may be due to the presence of too large lumps or foreign matter in the raw materials. The machine should be stopped immediately, the crusher should be opened for inspection, and the lumps or foreign matter should be removed. At the same time, before the raw materials enter the crusher, a screening process can be added to remove materials that do not meet the specifications.
2. Fermentation equipment failure
Phenomenon: The fermentation tank is not stirred evenly.
Method: First check whether the stirring blades are loose or damaged. If there are any problems, tighten or replace the blades in time. In addition, it may also be a motor failure that causes unusual speed. Check the wiring and operation of the motor, and repair or replace the motor if necessary.
3. The granulation molding rate drops sharply
Phenomenon: The granules are loose,and the molding rate is less than 80%.
Method: Detect the carbon-nitrogen ratio (C/N) of the raw materials and adjust it to the optimal ratio of 25:1-30:1. Aging and maturation process (more than 48 hours) can also be added before granulation.
4. Packing equipment failure
Phenomenon: The packing machine discharge port is not completely closed and leaks.
Method: We can readjust the cylinder position, tighten the connectors, and remove foreign matter.
5. Drying equipment failure
Phenomenon: The dryer dries unevenly.
Method: Check the ventilation system in the dryer to ensure that the hot air can be evenly distributed and clear the blockages in the ventilation duct. It is also necessary to check whether the conveyor belt is running smoothly. If there is deviation, adjust it in time.
6. Screening equipment failure
Phenomenon: Screen of the screening machine is damaged.
Method: Replace the damaged screen in time. At the same time, check whether the vibration frequency and amplitude of the screening machine are too large. If they are too large, make appropriate adjustments to avoid premature damage to the screen.
