1. Crushing equipment failure

The crusher vibrates too much

Reason: The crusher anchor bolts are loose, the rotor is unbalanced, and the bearing is damaged.

Solution: Check the anchor bolts and tighten them in time if they are loose. Balance the rotor. Check the bearings and replace them in time if they are damaged.

Reduced crusher output

Reason: The screen is blocked, the material moisture content is too high, the crushing particle size is not suitable, and the equipment fails, such as insufficient motor power and transmission component failure.

Solution: Clean the screen to ensure that the screen holes are unobstructed. Control the moisture content of the material so that it is within the appropriate range. Adjust the crushing particle size to meet production requirements.

2. Granulation equipment failure

The granulator does not produce granules or produces granules unevenly

Reason: Inappropriate material humidity, damaged template, worn roller.

Solution: Adjust the material humidity to achieve appropriate granulation conditions. Check the template and replace it in time if it is damaged. Check the roller and replace it if it is severely worn.

The granulator has low granule strength

Reason: Unreasonable material formula, insufficient binder dosage, insufficient granulation pressure, too high or too low drying temperature.

Solution: Optimize the material formula and adjust the proportion of each component. Increase the amount of binder. Adjust the granulation pressure to a suitable value. Control the drying temperature to keep it within a suitable range.

3. Drying equipment failure

Drying is not thorough, fertilizer moisture content is too high

Reason: Drying temperature is not enough or ventilation is not smooth.

Solution: Adjust the temperature setting of the drying equipment to ensure that the appropriate drying temperature is reached. Check the ventilation system, clean the dust and debris in the ventilation duct, and ensure good ventilation.

4. Packing equipment failure

Inaccurate packing weight

Reason: deviation in the metering device and improper setting of the metering system parameters.

Solution: Recalibrate the metering device to ensure that the packing weight meets the standard requirements. Reset the metering system parameters to meet production requirements.
