Working principle

The raw material enters through the hopper, extrudes through the mold shell above the two roller skins, and enters the crushing molding module at the lower part of the roller body after demoulding, and the whole pellet board is broken into loose particles and flows out of the machine. The grains are spheroidal and shaped like apricot pits. The particle size is determined by the size of the mold, and the mold can be customized.

Apply

Dry granulation, there is no need to add water when granulating, and there is no need to dry the particles after the completion of granulation (drum fertilizer dryer), which greatly reduces the drying cost, drying and cooling (drum fertilizer cooler) equipment and energy consumption. Applicable materials: powdered organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, graphite, mineral powder, industrial salt, snow melting agent, fragrance beads, etc. Some coarse fiber materials can also be used.



 

Not applicable materials: high humidity and high viscosity materials are easy to stick to the roll during extrusion, resulting in roll stripping phenomenon, so it is not applicable.
