(2) Add appropriate amount of fiber fermentation bactericide and urea, the amount of fiber fermentation bactericide is determined according to the actual fermentation capacity of various fiber fermentation bactericides, and the amount of urea is appropriate to make the carbon nitrogen ratio of the added material reach 25:1-30:1;
In the process of adding auxiliary materials or after adding all auxiliary materials, spray water on the material, so that the water content of the material reaches 55-70%, and the material is mixed evenly (

Three、Compost fermentation: After adding auxiliary materials, spraying water and mixing evenly, the materials are divided into piles for high temperature fermentation, and the materials in each pile are sprayed with water and tossed during fermentation (
Windrow Compost Turning Machine) operation, so that the piles of materials gradually fermentation completely;
Four、 Make organic fertilizer series: Finally, make at least one of the following three fertilizers from the material that has been completely fermented in step Three :
(1) Organic fertilizer: Add little or no inorganic material containing N and/or P and/or K and/or Ca and/or Mg according to the test data of the fully fermented material in step Three. Make the technical index of the material meet the national standard of organic Fertilizer or meet the demand of the soil of each oil palm plantation and different varieties of oil palm for organic fertilizer nutrients, and then make organic fertilizer by extrusion granulation (
Fertilizer Granules Compaction Machine);
(2) Organic and inorganic compound fertilizer: According to the test data of the fully fermented material in step Three, add an appropriate amount of inorganic material containing N and/or P and/or K and/or Ca and/or Mg. Make the technical index of the material meet the national standard of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer or meet the nutrient requirements of the soil of each oil palm plantation and different varieties of oil palm for organic and inorganic compound fertilizer (Bulk Blending Fertilizer Production Line).
(3) Bio-organic fertilizer: in step Three complete fermentation of the material to add an appropriate amount of microbial microbial agents, so that the technical indicators of the material to meet the national standard of bio-organic fertilizer or to meet the soil of each oil palm plantation and different varieties of oil palm for bio-organic fertilizer nutrients, and then through extrusion granulation to make bio-organic fertilizer.
