1. Correct installation
The correct installation of organic fertilizer production line equipment is the first step to reduce failures. At the beginning of installation, be sure to follow the installation manual of the equipment. For example, large fermentation tanks must be placed horizontally. If there is a tilt during installation, the material will be unevenly distributed, affecting the fermentation effect. It may also cause uneven force on the tank body and increase the risk of tank rupture. At the same time, the connection between the components must be firm to prevent looseness during operation and cause failure.
2. Regular maintenance
Cleaning work: After the organic fertilizer equipment is used, there will be residual materials inside and outside. For the outside, dust and spilled materials should be cleaned in time to prevent them from entering the equipment and affecting the operation of the components. Internal cleaning is also very important. For example, in the fertilizer granulator, residual materials may block the die holes. Regular cleaning can ensure smooth granulation.
Component inspection: Regularly check the vulnerable parts of the equipment, such as the blades of the mixer, the rollers of the conveyor belt, etc. Check whether the blades are worn or deformed, and whether the rollers can rotate flexibly. For electrical components, check whether the circuits are damaged or aged to ensure the safe and stable operation of the electrical system.
3. Control of environmental factors
Organic fertilizer equipment has certain requirements for the temperature and humidity of the environment. In a low temperature environment, some lubricating grease may solidify and affect the operation of the equipment, so the temperature of the workshop where the equipment is located should be properly controlled. In addition, a high humidity environment may cause the equipment to rust, so dehumidification should be done well.
4. Standardized operating procedures
Correct operation of employees is also an important factor in reducing failures. Provide professional training for operators to familiarize them with the operating procedures and precautions of the equipment. Avoid equipment failures caused by improper operation, such as sudden overload startup and illegal shutdown procedures.
By taking the above measures, the failure of organic fertilizer equipment can be effectively reduced and the smooth production of organic fertilizer production lines can be ensured.
