1. Regular inspection

Regularly inspect various equipment of the production line, including fermentation compost turning machine, crusher, granulator, etc. Check the operating condition of the equipment, the wear of parts, electrical system and lubrication system, etc., and find and deal with problems in time.

2. Equipment cleaning

Keep the equipment clean, and regularly clean the dirt, debris and residue on the surface and inside of the equipment. Prevent material residue and dust accumulation from affecting equipment operation and product quality.

3. Lubrication management

Regularly check and replace the lubricating oil and grease of the equipment to ensure good lubrication of the equipment and reduce equipment wear.

4. Tighten bolts

Check the bolts and fixings of each connecting part of the equipment to ensure that they are tightened without loosening. Prevent loosening and vibration during equipment operation.

Production environment management

1. Environmental cleanliness

Keep the production environment clean, regularly clean up debris and garbage around the production site and equipment to prevent debris from mixing into the product.

2. Ventilation and moisture-proof

Ensure that the production workshop has good ventilation conditions to prevent equipment and materials from getting damp, rusting and moldy.

3. Temperature and humidity control

According to the production process requirements, control the temperature and humidity of the production environment to ensure the stability of the production process and product quality of the bio-organic fertilizer production line.

Material management

1. Raw material quality control

Strictly control the quality of raw materials, select raw materials that meet production requirements, and avoid using unqualified raw materials to affect product quality and equipment operation.

2. Material storage

Reasonably store raw materials and finished products to prevent materials from getting damp, deteriorating and contaminated.

3. Material transportation

Ensure the normal operation of material transportation equipment to prevent material leakage and blockage.

Personnel management

1. Operation training

Periodically train operators to ensure that they are familiar with the operation and maintenance methods of the equipment and operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures.

2. Safety management

Strengthen production safety management to ensure the safety of operators and prevent safety accidents.
