1. Daily cleaning
Organic fertilizer production involves a variety of raw materials, which are easy to remain on the equipment. After production is completed every day, various equipment in the organic fertilizer production line, such as crushing equipment, mixing equipment, granulation equipment, etc., need to be thoroughly cleaned. Cleaning should not only remove material residues on the surface of the equipment, but also include internal corners to prevent material accumulation from affecting equipment performance and service life.
2. Regular lubrication
There are many transmission parts in the organic fertilizer production line, such as chains, gears, etc. Regular lubrication of these parts is the key. According to the frequency of use of the equipment, use appropriate lubricants for lubrication operations at regular intervals. It can reduce friction between components, reduce energy loss, and prevent excessive wear of components.
3. Equipment inspection
Mechanical parts: Check the connection parts of the equipment regularly, such as whether the bolts and nuts are loose. Check whether the conveyor belt is worn or deviated. At the same time, check the wear degree of important processing parts, such as the rollers and molds of the fertilizer granulator, and replace them in time when the wear reaches a certain limit.
Electrical system: Check whether the insulation layer of the wire is intact and whether the line is damaged or short-circuited. At the same time, check the components in the electrical control cabinet to ensure the stability of the electrical control of the equipment.
4. Environmental management
Keep the environment of the production workshop clean, dry and well ventilated. Avoid corrosion to the equipment in a humid environment. Good ventilation helps to dissipate the heat generated by the operation of the equipment and prevent the equipment from malfunctioning due to overheating.
Through the above comprehensive maintenance measures, the operating efficiency of the organic fertilizer production line can be effectively improved. At the same time, the failure rate is reduced to ensure the stable production of organic fertilizer.
