The cow manure
organic fertilizer production line is a complete set of equipment which processes organic fertilizer with cow manure as raw material. It can use the solid-liquid separation equipment to dehydrate the cow manure in the fecal urinal, and the water content after treatment is about 40%. It can also use straw, rice bran (including n \ P \ K) and other crops as filling materials, and then sprinkle the biological bacteria agent. In the process of fermentation, the temperature rises, 1-2 days to toss once, generally 10-15 days to complete fermentation. Finally, the harmless and resource-based treatment technology is biological fermentation technology, which is aerobic compost fermentation.
Manure after composting fermentation, i.e. organic fertilizer, has the following advantages:
① It can completely destroy the pathogens of specialized bacteria and reduce the indicator bacteria and non specialized parasitic bacteria to a very low level.
② If the temperature of compost is close to the surrounding temperature, the growth of non probiotics will be inhibited.
The process of compost fermentation is as follows:
1. The water content of cattle manure + adjuvant + bacterial agent fully stirred is controlled at about 65%
2. It shall be stacked on the fermentation site, which is a fermentation tank or a flat cement field without water accumulation
3. In the
fertilizer production line, according to the temperature and humidity, the compost turning machine is used to carry out the tossing work. The function is to prevent caking, reduce water content, aerobic aeration, stir fine crushing, accelerate the rapid fermentation and maturity of materials, and save a lot of cost of manual tossing. It's going to ripen in about ten days.
The organic fertilizer production line is related to equipment configuration. Generally, the complete equipment of the organic fertilizer production line is mainly composed of fermentation system, drying system, deodorization and dust removal system, crushing system, batching system, mixing system, granulation system, cooling and drying system, screening system and finished product packaging system.
