High efficiency double roller extrusion granulator production process
The production process of double roller extrusion granulator is compact in structure, reasonable in layout, convenient in use, stable in product quality, high in automation, high in production efficiency, and can meet the individual needs of users.

High efficiency double roller extrusion granulator production process

Advantages of double roller extrusion granulation:
1. The fertilizer equipment adopts the increased oblique pressure roll, the two ends of which are consistent with the linear speed of the inner and outer rings of the die plate, avoiding the dislocation friction between the wheel and the die, reducing the resistance, enhancing the bearing pressure, and reducing the kinetic energy loss. The roller parts are the central parts of the whole equipment, and the high-quality 40Cr alloy steel is used to extend the service life of the die.
2. The press roll is evenly set and runs smoothly, which eliminates the easy feeding of common flat die press roll.
3. The center synchronous pressure regulating structure is adopted to make the pressure between the pressing roller and the die plate uniform. At the same time, the die gap can be increased or decreased according to the needs, adapt to different materials, and ensure the particle forming effect.

Application fields of the double roller extrusion granulation production line:
The machine adopts a 6-pole 22KW motor, which is driven by differential and universal joint. It is suitable for pelletizing sawdust, rice husk, cotton pole, cottonseed skin, weeds and other crop straws with moisture content less than 20%. It can also be used for low-temperature pelletizing of domestic garbage, waste newspaper, factory waste, biological fertilizer, organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, refractory and so on. Raw materials are dried in and out without drying, with uniform, smooth, high strength and good fluidity. It is widely used in animal husbandry, large and medium-sized breeding plants, feed plants, brewing, sugar making, paper making, medicine, tobacco plants, refractory plants and other industries, and is the preferred particle forming equipment.
