Selection of formula in organic fertilizer production line
In the process of organic fertilizer production line processing, the selection of formula is very important, especially the selection of various acids in the formula. Only by understanding the characteristics of acids, can the organic fertilizer produced by the organic fertilizer production line be better used. As a special organic fertilizer production line manufacturer, Huaqiang Heavy Industry will give you a detailed explanation today:

1. Humic acid.

Humic acid (HA) is the remains of animals and plants, mainly the remains of plants. Through the decomposition and transformation of microorganisms, as well as a series of complex geochemical reaction processes and accumulated organic substances. It is a high molecular organic acid composed of aromatic group and many functional groups. It has good physiological activity, absorption, complexation, exchange and other functions. Humic acid is mainly composed of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and sulfur. It is a kind of polycondensation of multivalent phenolic aromatic compounds and nitrogen compounds.
It is widely distributed in low-grade coal, soil, water sediment, animal manure, organic fertilizer, animal and plant residues, etc. The soil that we often see is blackened because it contains the highest humic acid content (30-80%) in low-grade coal (weathered coal, lignite, peat), followed by organic compost (about 5-20%). Coal can be treated by artificial oxidation (such as air, ozone or nitric acid) to form regenerated humic acid
According to the solubility and color classification in the solvent, it can be divided into three components: ① the part soluble in acetone or ethanol is called fulvic acid; ② the part insoluble in acetone is called fulvic acid; ③ the part soluble in water or dilute acid is called fulvic acid
It can be used in agriculture as nutrient soil additive, rooting and rooting fertilizer additive, soil improver, plant growth regulator, foliar fertilizer compound agent, cold resistant agent, drought resistant agent, compound fertilizer synergist, etc. humic acid fertilizer, which is made by combining with nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other elements, has the functions of fertilizer synergism, soil improvement, crop growth stimulation, agricultural product quality improvement, etc. Magnesium humate, zinc humate and iron humate urea have good effects on the supplement of magnesium deficiency in soil, zinc deficiency in corn and iron deficiency in fruit trees respectively; the mixture of humic acid, herbicide, atrazine and other pesticides can improve the efficacy and inhibit the residual; sodium humate is effective in the treatment of apple tree rot.

2. Fulvic acid.

The broad-spectrum plant growth regulator can promote plant growth, especially control the opening degree of leaf stomata, reduce transpiration, fight against drought, improve stress resistance, increase production and improve quality. It is mainly applied to wheat, corn, sweet potato, millet, rice, cotton, peanut, rape, tobacco, mulberry, melon and fruit, vegetables, etc.; it can be compared with some non-agricultural products Basic pesticides are mixed and often have synergistic effect.

3. Amino acids.

Amino acids play three roles in plant growth: a. The source of organic nitrogen nutrition; b. Chelating agent of metal ions. Amino acids have the function of complexing (chelating) metal ions, which can easily carry the medium and trace elements (calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, zinc, copper, molybdenum, boron, selenium, etc.) needed by plants into plants, so as to improve the utilization rate of various nutrients of plants; c. Amino acids are accelerants and catalysts for the synthesis of various enzymes in plants and play an important role in plant metabolism. However, amino acids are easily assimilated and decomposed by bacteria in the soil, so it is not suitable to be used as base fertilizer in the soil, but to be made into foliar fertilizer, which can be sprayed on the leaves to let plants directly absorb amino acids and other elements through the leaves.
